Seasonal Pricing for vacation condominium rental in the Caribbean
Islands of the Turks and Caicos Islands is offered in three
different pricing schedules including: the Holiday Season from
December 01 to January 15 of the following new year, a six week
season.
The Winter
Season begins on January 16 and ends on May 31 and the Summer
season from June 01 to November 31. Prices vary by weekly
and monthly rates and weekly and monthly condo rental rates are
displayed below. Book now to avoid
disappointment.

Condominium Rental Deposit:
A 3 night deposit is required to confirm all
condominium reservations. The deposit is required at time of
reservation and is fully refundable if cancellation notice is
received 21 days prior to arrival date. Reservations for the
Christmas/New year period (December 20th to January 3rd) require a
non-refundable deposit.
Applicable Turks and Caicos
Islands' Taxes:
Please note that all rates are quoted per
suite night based on standard occupancy and are subject to the 10%
Turks and Caicos government tax and a 10% facility
fee.
